a portion of it probably is actually oil as well. you do oil pizzas before cooking them, so he isn’t entirely wrong. His point was it’s not a grease fest like reviews say it is, “greasy pizza” in NY insinuates low quality, like we call dominos pizza greasy here. prolly why he got all right about it

I can assure you, it’s the best pizza slice I’ve ever had. So much flavour in the sauce, light, fluffy but crispy base. The fucking pepperoni is MENTAL, way better than sex. Just an amazing experience. It’s worth going to Scarrs as well for a normal triangle slice.. my personal favourite. Love from London

My italian father-in-law turned me on to sicilian style pizza. I absolutely love it. The dough is so delicious. If you see it on a local menu, give it a shot. I think I have to make a little detour to Prince Street next time I'm in the city and give their pizza a shot.

Went to NYC December 2019 and the FIRST place I went to from the airport was Prince Street Pizza. I'm from Georgia, Atlanta to be specific but man oh man. You know a Sicilian slice when you bite into it, that olive oil and curled pepporon. Mmmmmmmmm. It's more than just a passion for food, for pizza. It's a culture for sure.

Nope, Olive oil is high in monounsaturated fats. It helps lower cholesterol and its actually very good for you. Although it still has high caloric value, what the owner said is true. Its not the fat you're thinking of.

I have this one recurring dream, where I'm living above this specialty food place that serves Sicilian pizza. It's the perfect world for someone, like me, who doesn't like to move from the computer chair. And. Yet. If I can walk down the block, and then catch an 'overpass' back to where my rental room/pizza place is, so like 10 meters above where I sleep, I'm in Amsterdam. It's one of the all time great dream worlds. You can never be TOO close to a Sicilian pizza place, like this one.
