Oklahoma style smash patties with shaved onion, pickles, jalapeños, American cheese, mustard, ketchup, burger sauce and a slightly crisped potato roll!
The restaurant aims to keep that pop up feel with an open kitchen, counter seating, booths your group can all squeeze into and a bit of southern style hospitality in NYC. Awesome place, we’ve visited twice already since they opened this month!

Those are some tasty burgers. I still prefer a thick, juicy burger. But for smash burgers being a tasty, faster option if you don't have as much time, those are the one. Also like that they are called Gotham.
