This is a pretty nice studio, the alcove and the closet makes it so much better than your traditional studios. Her decor makes the place look big, light and airy! Super cute

I liked how Chairina decorated her studio. She has great style. However, I'm a bit disappointed the building owner only renovated the floor in the apartment . They should've renovated the kitchen, bathroom, and closet areas of the studio as well. Their tenants like Chairina deserve these renovations as well to match the rooftop view and vibe!

More renovations = higher price. There are more renovated units in the building but they cost more. Always have to decide which is more important :)

Lol wow! Crosstown got me my first apartment that I'm living in right now. Now that she said that, she looks so familiar. I think I talked to her on the phone once, she was so nice! Lol at the dog sitting by the door at the end, looks like he wants to go for a walk. Anyway, nice apartment and such a cool view of the city! I would do so many photo shoots up on that roof deck!

That rooftop! WOW! I'm really loving this studio and it's girly tones. If I could suggest a couple of small tweaks... Try a larger rug for the living room and use the existing rug in the bedroom area where it would be simply perfect. The bedroom feels a slight bit unfinished so I'd suggest wall decor, and perhaps something vertical in that blank corner where you have the floor fan. And use cord covers for sure, either white molding style attached to the baseboard, or silky rusched cord covers if that's your preferred aesthetic, but please cover those up because black cords against a white wall severely diminishes the soft and relaxing feel of the space. Equally distracting but easily fixed, the wine cooler... simply paint it soft grey or cover it with faux marble contact paper. The barstools are gorgeous. I'm loving the coffee table. And the natural light filtering through your crystal lights fixture adds a beautiful sparkle. I've been in the design industry for 20+ years and I have to say Chairina... You've created a beautiful, fem space, I'd be very happy to quarantine in this lovely apartment!

I've had friends have up to 10 people at their studio for a party...the space was ~300sqft. As long as the company and food is good, everyone enjoys themselves. I love sitting on a nice floor cushion if need be!

Thank you for the tour, that is a beautifully decorated and well designed studio. A person could even hang a curtain across the bedroom if they wanted to. 400 sq. ft is really big, as I lived in a 375 sq ft 1 bedroom. Can I ask the approx service charges?
