Some workers use their position to pay their own games, show hate and personal vengeance or sometimes like that. That really agould be inveatigated. They cover for each other. On an A train on 175 street station they keep the train for no reason just to make ppl late to work or antagonize the person. No matter what time i get on a train in the morning they always maka ppl really late. I switched 3 yrains. Once i get on a train it stopped in a tunnel or else. Its been a defined pattern of behavior. Its a public transportation ppl rely on and you cant play personal or persecute someone bc of someone's daughter got pregnant.. . Or etc.
