This week's video features some rainy day menswear shopping in New York City with my friend Charlie. We walked through SoHo and the Lower East Side, and saw some interesting pieces from Japanese Americana brands such as Visvim, Kapital, and 45R. We also looked at various items from Chrome Hearts, Acne Studios, and Stussy.

Congrats on the move to nyc! Best city to live in. Love my chrome sunglasses, agree with you on clothes but hardware is still quality craftsmanship. I appreciate all these shopping vids at the smaller boutiques I’ve had a love / hate relationship with shopping in nyc lately but this is turning it around

@@justinbodden2682 I think as my tastes change I’m finding smaller boutiques with actually cool stuff, CHCM, colbo, blueingreen, that stock new stuff I haven’t seen before, which I love. Other times i feel the general shopping in nyc is fairly boring and mainly touristy department stores or designer brands and I just end up buying online

Thank you, I am glad you are enjoying these shopping vids. I think they're a great way to showcase my style and taste with new products without always having to buy something. On the note of moving to NYC, It is nice to actually be here for more than a day at a time instead of having to constantly commute.

@@stylesgraeme may be a bit out of your range taste wise, BUT would be interested in getting your take on shops like 2nd street, tokio7, other second hand stores

I think buying 2nd Hand is the best thing you can do in fashion, and part of why I included Luke’s and 2nd Street in the vid. W/ that being said I don’t think most people realize how many fakes exist, and good fakes at that. Highly recommend the stores, but only if you know how to LC what you want, unless you are comfortable taking that risk otherwise

Agreed. They have a 5 actually in stock which is crazy. The sizing is so frustrating because it runs insanely narrow.
