Lived in NYC from 2002-2005. The quietest place used to be West Chelsea. It was all warehouses by day and mega night clubs on the weekends. But if you walked around there or west SoHo on a Sunday morning it was eerily quiet and devoid of activity. I was pretty amazed by Hudson Yards last time I was there. I'm really happy they finally did something with that elevated train track too!

It was great learning about the Hudson Yards project. I can't think of a better place than New York City to make that real estate development. it does look quite outstanding! I think is totally normal to set aside some time after work to do something that you like, that helps you relax and feel content. I would say that's part of a work-life balance (is the estate of equilibrium where a person equally prioritizes the demands of one's career and the demands of one's personal life) For me is going to the gym and getting a solid workout in, going to Church on Sunday or simply taking a short hike on a nearby conservation area. Great video, I think you are a natural artist. Thanks!

Finding out about my family history; It is fascinating, seeing where my ancestors came from and following them through the world; and tracking down distant cousins, in England and Australia; My other hobby is painting; I just love trying to copy Van Gogh or other famous artists, and also painting scenery around where I am; Both are great hobbies
