Hi Taylor, in my option your natural skin tone gives you an angelic / ethereal appearance and underlines your elegance. The spray tan takes your natural pink tones away meaning you look less like yourself. I personally would not fall for this ‚trend‘ just because apparently other brides do it (btw I have not really come across this topic during my own wedding / my girlfriend brides in Switzerland, France and Scandinavia). I also have a feeling that accommodating the spray than into your agenda is just adding additional (unnecessary!) stress before your big day because you never know 100% for sure how it will turn out on the pictures and in different lighting etc.. Completely agree with this! Taylor has the prettiest English rose skin and eyes, rather like Grace Kelly. The tan is not worth it and she doesn't need it at all...especially as it doesn't resemble when she gets a bit of a real tan, which is also prettier than the fake.

About your spray tan…I think you look so much nicer with your natural colour. You have amazing skin. With emotions running high in the days leading up to, and on the day, it might be one less stress. Being spray tanned might be constantly on your mind, especially about whether or not you look orange. About your nails…I liked the third application with the second manicurist with the French manicure and chrome. I am looking forward to this lead up to your wedding. I’m feeling the excitement myself. Oh definitely go with one of the chromes!!! Either the French tip or plain. The chrome really makes the manicure special! And yes, while chrome is technically a "trend" now, pearlised polishes have always been a wedding classic. The chrome gives you that pearlised effect without the brushstroke marks that usually come with a pearl polish. Had they had the chrome technology back in the day it certainly would have become a classic for weddings by now. 💅😍 In all honesty, I prefer you in your natural skin tone. You look like a fresh "English rose" with your naturally pink tones which brings out your eyes especially. While the tan does look lovely on you, I would think the more tan look would be better for a beach wedding than the more classic "castle" spring garden princess vibes you're going for. 😅

I agree! She's not super pale like me (I'm one of those alabaster pale brunettes), just softly fair with pink cheeks. She has lovely natural color and I honestly don't think she needs the fake tan. I totally vote for the chrome too. Because of her lovely natural glow, she looks nice in anything with a subtle shine or shimmer.

I got married late in life, my early 50's. I had a couple of hair appointments, the first one was with my regular hair stylist, who admittedly doesn't do bridal hair, but she tried and put my hair in a French knot style. I have very curly hair and this look, though lovely didn't suit me. My Dad said "I would hate for you to not look like you on your wedding day." So I went with a controlled curly updo and it was perfect. I'd go with classic nails if that is what you feel. I'm not sure about the tan, it looks good, but if people aren't used to seeing you tanned, do you want them to say "wow she looks so tan" or "wow she looks so beautiful." If you are on the fence about any of this, don't be swayed by trends etc.

Don’t care for the spray tan. You have such beautiful skin. I agree with your friends, I didn’t see you wanting a spray tan. I work in dermatology and our saying is “pallor is the new tan” I love your skin, and short hair you are beautiful and will be a beautiful bride. All nails look beautiful.

Suggestion - get a box of nitrile gloves for when you’re prepping food. Your hands won’t get sticky or greasy, and you just throw the gloves away when you’re done. You can get them at any pharmacy, or online. About the tan - honestly not my favorite look for you - it’s looking a bit yellowish. You have a pretty, pale complexion that doesn’t need anything fake sprayed on it. I’m glad you tried it, because at the end of the day it’s your decision of course.

I love the chrome over the light pink, it looks more pearly than chrome, which I think is a more classic look, that you wouldn’t regret later. I don’t care for fake tans, and can’t figure out why people aren’t happy in their own skin. You are so beautiful, with gorgeous eyes, and delicate skin, and with the tan, it’s not your natural/classic look you always have. But, you have to do what makes you happy!! 💖

Hi Taylor! The nail samples are all very nice, but I would get either the French or the Chrome. The Chrome gives more dimension, interest & sparkle for your big day. All are very classic, imo. My wedding was almost 24 years ago now & I am very fair too. I did a very pale pink nail with a slight shimmer. All these years later, I am happy with that choice. Our wedding pictures are very classic, I think. ~~God Bless p.s. I don't know what your wedding day jewelry will be, but both the French & the Chrome nail choices would be very beautiful with pearls & diamonds.

Hi Taylor! I love the French manicure with the chrome! I am a former NYer and got married in 2021! I think you should go with what makes you feel most excited! I feel like in pictures all the nail options will probably look the same (apart from perhaps a close up of your hands). It seems like you love the chrome so you should go with what your heart wants vs what you feel like you “should” do. You have to make a millionnnnnn decisions as a bride! I try to live by the phrase “if it’s not a yes it’s a no.” Hope this helps! Congratulations again!

I personally like the non-French, non-chrome the most, and I'll tell you why: it is amazingly similar to what my late, beloved godmother wore her entire life - yes, she wore bridal nails through 4 children and everything! - b/c it always reminded her of the happiest day of her life!!!

Your manicure inspired me to get it done to my nails. My nail tech 1st put bubble bath color on full nail, then sprayed white tip on via ombre method. Once that was done, he put a clear coat on, pearl while chrome and another coat of clear. It was done with gel. I absolutely love them!! I am not a new bride but just celebrated my 20th wedding anniversary. We celebrated at the Mountain View Grand hotel ...which happened to be the venue we got married at ❤️

Really love French nails with chrome 💖 but honestly they all look pretty, you can't go wrong with any of those! And to me that tan doesn't go with your light hair color and eyes, I'd go without it.

Hi, Taylor! I'd opt for the French manicure for your wedding nails; it's a classic bridal look. Also, perhaps schedule a make-up trial without the tan, as well. So you can choose whether you even want to be tan on your special day. Remember, Lyle is going to be in the photos, too, and if you're tan and he's not, it might not photograph nicely. Either way, you're beautiful, and I know you'll be radiant on your wedding day.

I vote for the very last nail option. Best of all Scenarios. It is very ladylike, wedding appropriate, feminine, soft, clean looking.. Your polish should showcase your ring and compliment/frame your hands without stealing the attention. The classic white feels too white and chalky.

I find that lip balm from La Mer is best when you're going to be out and windy cold conditions, because that slightly waxy texture really stays on well compared to ones that are just gloss

Hi Taylor, about your tan I think you’re looking for better and best look for your wedding. And in my humble opinion, I think that’s completely up to you and what you feel most comfortable in. But since you asked what I thought about your tan, the first day or as you say day 0 of your tan I saw a slight tinge of orange but the next day it looked fine. Just like you said a slight natural tan. I liked it. And the French manicure with chrome is my choice!! 😊

I’m a fan of the French chrome I think, or the plain chrome. The classic, to me is way to white, the chrome has a transparent look. Very pretty 💗💗

Taylor if I know you the name of the polish would be something that should have meaning too, and opi has wonderful names for a bride for her wedding day so choose one that you will always remember. ;) Your spray tan looks beautiful on you!!! Your blue eyes stand out sooo much!!!! I have been in the wedding business for years and yes having a little color is best so you don’t blend in to much with your gown. Natural looking is the best! That goes for both the nails and spray tan. I would ditch the chrome and do a sheer pink with a natural french color. Timeless is best! I don't like the spray tan. Glad you tried it out way before though! Very good to not experiment on your big day

To be honest, I didn't care for any of the nail samples, at least not for your wedding; there was just something cheap looking about them. I would stick to a more natural, sheer pink like OPI's Baby, Take A Vow (and how fitting is the name! :-)). Also, instead of the spray tan, I suggest using something like Chanel's Les Beiges Highlighting Fluid directly on your décolleté and shoulders (something that's even been recommended by Chanel). You're a beautiful woman, Taylor and you'll look beautiful no matter what you choose, but keeping the look simply classic will be both both elegant and timeless.

Nice vlog! I really like the chrome but for me, I would do classic for the wedding. The tam looks great! Yes It’s just a hint , very natural and no orange look . You are so smart to do trials. I did something like that starting about 2 weeks before and I was allergic to it (never had allergy issues or sensitivity and I got all these red bumps and was itching like crazy- thankfully it all cleared up in time!😅. I will give you one piece of advice - it’s your day so don’t be too swayed by friends/family/ etc. I was watching this and going back to my day - I got engaged in December and married march 1. Suddenly I had some friends ( casual friends) interjecting themselves into my day….”oh I’m gonna do your makeup so pretty”. Another on made herself my hair stylist , someone else wanted to do a lingerie fitting thing - in short time I had not asked or hired one of them but they had hired themselves…so they thought. I had to let them all know I would not be using their services as I had already had people and places in mind. I know it’s a different scenario with you but I now tell folks at the end of the day - advice is great and certainly can be considered but I’m the one that has to like it and I’m the one that has to look at the pictures 20 yrs down the road😂😂. So excited for you!! The countdown has begun ! Loved the sweater dress especially with the boots !! Thanks for sharing all about your bridal prep !! So fun!!💝🩷🥰💍💄👰🏼‍♂️☀️ almost forgot- I do that yogurt thing with strawberries and I put it on pan, freeze it then break it up like peanut brittle. Gosh, I'm so sorry for all the multiple comments, but I have so much to say on this vlog 😹 over the past year, I have been admiring your nails, and how long they last, and considered getting them for myself. After doing some research, I decided not to because the lights that they cure the gel with cause premature aging of your hands 😮 I would recommend to wear fingerless gloves to protect your hands. I know it will look stupid but who cares at least you will not get age spots at a young age💖

I like the classic French manicure. I don't think you should do the tan. You look great without it, and I think it is a bit yellow.

I don’t think you’ll regret any of the nail options - they are all pretty & bridal. I do think you might regret the spray tan. I had on once as a bridesmaid and it seems quite dated to me now.
