Both shoes are so exquisite! What wonderful choices! And of course you know what is best for your wedding. I think some of us have just seen some really bad spray tans elsewhere--lol--but I absolutely know that you will make sure they get it just right! And yes, I've noticed what pretty natural color you get in the summer. Whether tanned or not, your complexion is always lovely.

Oh, both shoe choices are so you!!! 👠✨👏😍 The Manolos are my favourite, especially with that "touch of blue" they are perfect!!! Agreed, the navy ones (although iconic), would have been a bit too harsh against the overall light blush tones you are going for. Also, if you feel the most beautiful with a slight wash of tan, then go for it! But it did sound like you were being pushed into it a bit because "other brides do it" when there is absolutely nothing wrong with being pale and your natural skin colour on your big day! Do what will make you feel your best!!! ☺💕

My chamber vacuum is a lifesaver, you can freeze meat, prepared, soups, etc. and flat bags that thaw very quickly later and easy to store. I have a variety of soups in my freezer when I do not feel like cooking or if I'm sick, I can easily pull them out and thaw with minutes.❤

are American weddings more structured than ours in the UK - here we just mix whatever we want - but it seems you have far more necessary bits - like a rehearsal dinner - and a room for all your bridesmaids etc. No-one I know has had either of those. When we got married I kicked my Hubs out the house the night before to go and stay with his parents - then on the wedding day my Mom and sister came round with the make up artist to help me get ready and calm my nerves - posh car from our house to the church - got married and took photos - then onto our reception - main meal in the afternoon for the main guests - and then in the evening the evening guests came to join in and there was a buffet and dancing - job done..... It seems there are loads more things to plan in US weddings

Her wedding sounds a lot like mine and I’m from the UK! We paid for bridesmaids and other guests to stay at the country house we rented for the wedding the night before, had rehearsal dinner in a different location and my bachelorette was in Hawaii so we travelled. I think it’s down to different preferences rather than UK vs US

Our society is geared towards materialism and having a certain lifestyle. Watching Dave Ramsey shows really do show soo many people especially those with high incomes that have no financial literacy and live way beyond their means. Living paycheque to paycheque, no savings, huge debt and continuing a lifestyle of excess. Social media perpetuates this.
