I've lived in New York my whole life. I just wanted to say that depending on where you are, the city has a completely different feel. Like Times Square is completely different from Soho. So for people who are interested in living here my favorite places are: -Soho -Tribeca -Chelsea -West Village -Hudson Yards -Upper West Side *As you may notice, I usually am in lower manhattan and on the west side. Obviously there are other amazing areas, and if you know any feel free to share!

I just started watching your videos, to get a perspective on life in Manhattan these days. I live in the Bayswater section of Far Rockaway - the end of the A train line, and a whole different world from Manhattan. In Bayswater we can see the lower Manhattan skyline about 13 miles away across Jamaica Bay and Brooklyn. I cannot remember the last time I went into the city, actually - it was before COVID, for sure. Most people I know here don't go into the city unless they have to for business/work, or they are going to a museum or show.
