Everything you're saying makes so much sense. When I was younger, I didn't know this -- to get the negative emotions processed somehow and out of my body. I wish I had known it. But the learning never stops, and I guess that's a good thing.

❤ not forever. It’s a bad feeling to have though. I understand. All the negative things I was told I still hear in my head. It’s hard to shake off when it was said by someone you thought you could trust not to harm you. It’s one thing for a partner to be constructive but to do things that negate what makes you happy and your ideas gets into your head and breaks your confidence down. It’s amazing the power someone has whom you entrust with your heart to do positive or negative. Makes me wonder how much we over allowed their opinions vs us just marching forward despite complaints and our own fears. Your photographer friend sounds like she did some cool work. Will have to check it out. Sounds like an eye opening piece of work.
