@@alexiseldredge but you should for sure take your time.. I always like to live in a place a little bit before I completely furnish or decorate. So the space can let me know what I really need and don’t need.. one mistake I took with my first few apartments was buying everything I thought I wanted right away and then over time, living in it, those items didn’t really fit my style or need or really what I absolutely wanted.. so even though it feels cluttered and stressing you out, I would give it a minute (not a literal minute, but you know)..

I just found your channel so I am going to catch up on your series. I know you previously had roommates but now to see someone your age living alone in NYC, all your recent purchases, your groceries from Trader Joe's, etc. how do you afford that? I am 34 and make a decent salary, yet cannot really afford NYC or a life style like your while trying to save for the future. Do you have side hustles? I do not mean to judge or pry. I am truly curious to know if you do not mind sharing. Thanks.

my previous rent was very affordable for NYC so i was able to save a ton over the past 2 years and plan for this move. i also do have some side hustles i do here and there, like freelance video editing, and surprisingly Trader Joe's is the most affordable grocery store near me! but i will definitely will be on a way stricter budget living in this apartment!

hey! have you got your eye checked out? (the dry skin under your eye) i have something really similar, basically dry skin all around my eyes, and it spread to my forehead. it's called a dermatite and it can get really bad if not cured! like mine spread a lot because i didn't take care of it. i'm just saying this in case you might want to get it checked out! :) otherwise, i love your channel!!!!!!!
