Vincent Cuttolo Ok so I’ve seen you post this link multiple times now saying someone misunderstood. But I’ve read the link. All it says is exactly what they say here. The judge ruled that the cops hadn’t done enough to find him and prosecute him in due time and the case was dismissed. And you know what? It was still the wrong call. He should be retried and he should go to prison.

I thought there was no statute of limitation for murder?! What the hell is wrong with that judge?!? Wow, this is horrible. God will punish Justos since the judge won't.

Who has a statute of limitations on murder?? I guess the judge couldn't be bothered to do his job. I hope the folks in that city fired him with no retirement and no benefits. He failed them.

I found information on the final verdict. He was found guilty on the falsification charges and sentenced to time served and two years supervised release. His citizenship was revoked.
