The judge ruled that the cops hadn’t done enough to find him and prosecute him in due time and the case was dismissed. And you know what? It was still the wrong call. He should be retried and he should go to prison.

Omg I grew up in that neighborhood. It was a tough neighborhood back in the 70s. But to be only 9 years old, when your father was killed is completely heartbreaking. What a amazing daughter, that finally after so many years found her father's killer. But how disappointing it was to find the case to be too old. This is a second time of disappointed for the daughter and her family.
