Vincent Cuttolo Ok so I’ve seen you post this link multiple times now saying someone misunderstood. But I’ve read the link. All it says is exactly what they say here. The judge ruled that the cops hadn’t done enough to find him and prosecute him in due time and the case was dismissed. And you know what? It was still the wrong call. He should be retried and he should go to prison.

Exactly. Look at forensic files closing cold cases after 20 years or so. This is such bull$hit. But they usually have DNA or undisputed evidence. But they did have his confession. That should have been enough.

Omg I grew up in that neighborhood. It was a tough neighborhood back in the 70s. But to be only 9 years old, when your father was killed is completely heartbreaking. What a amazing daughter, that finally after so many years found her father's killer. But how disappointing it was to find the case to be too old. This is a second time of disappointed for the daughter and her family.

Yes, that newspaper article opened my eyes about the police not apparently doing anything in all this time and they should have not forgotten about the case. He should have been flagged many times.
