I was there last night, started at Studios..rode Minions then went to the dance party. Afterwards I went to Islands around 9 30 and rode Doctor Doom and River Adventure. Then I saw the midnight fireworks right in front of the lagoon in Port of Entry. Islands felt more crowded then Studios, it was mostly shoulder to shoulder.

It was definitely busy by the end of the night. People were waiting 2-3hrs to get out of the parking garage. There's an interesting TikTok video of everyone leaving after midnight. Wall to wall people in all of CityWalk. I've noticed I the past where it's not incredibly busy at first on NYE at Universal but right around 10PM or so it's like half the city of Orlando shows up at Universal. It's like where the hell did all of these people come from all of a sudden lol.

I feel fast and furious is a better bet since it was made by Universal Pictures vs Ghost Busters was made by Columbia Pictures. I think universal learned a little after the Simpsons contract problem they are having now.
