Please Sam don’t be hard on yourself! It’s good that you are aware that you may be pushing to get through the social anxiety. As a person who experiences shyness & social anxiety/ you can maybe try aromatherapy with scents and scented oils to help sooth and calm the anxiety. Even it being such a minor relief. I’ve read it to help Xx hope you feel better with this xx
