800g Spanish Mackerel Fillet
1 tsp salt (marinade for fish)
Enough oil for shallow frying the fish
SAUCE
1 and 1/2 tbsp dark caramel sauce
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
250 ml water
350g Bombay onions
8 (110g) red chilies
10 (130g) green chilies
300g tomatoes wedges
4 tbsp oil
1 tbsp lime juice
