Well, when there aren't enough criminals one makes them. One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws. Who wants a nation of law-abiding citizens? What's there in that for anyone? But just pass the kind of laws that can neither be observed nor enforced or objectively interpreted - and you create a nation of law-breakers - and then you cash in on guilt. Rick, I’ve studied the Constitution for over 26 years and have litigated against the police in 1983 cases. There is no Constitutional right to film in police lobbies or police parking lots. These are nonpublic forums. There is actually case law directly on point on this issue. I’m not sure why so many people rely on non-experts for legal analysis. And I’m less of a bootlicker than auditors and their supporters. ACAB. But you are being misled and cognitive dissonance is real. Seriously. Check out the case law. Just Google this. Commonwealth v. Please do not fall for the stupidity that this idiot is telling you. There is a vast body of case law interpreting the constitution that is equally enforceable. For example, it does not violate the first amendment to impose content neutral restrictions on speech in a public forum as long as the restrictions are narrowing tailored. The restrictions at this police station are legal. This guy is not a lawyer and does not understand first amendment law. He is just looking to make money off people like you. We don’t need some uninformed person creating artificial situations to “test” police officers. Now that officers have video cameras and almost every person on the street has a camera phone, any true abuse by the police will be discovered in due course. For example, look up the video for the arrest of Nicolas Belsito. Awful cop making an illegal arrest and getting caught. No frauditor necessary. If you want to praise someone, praise Nicolas Belaito.
