Thanks for this... seems a lovely guy. I saw Quo a couple of times with Jeff on skins, i've not actually seen them with Leon but fingers are 🤞 for 2024. Funnily enough the last time i saw Quo was the first time i saw John (FF Dublin), and i've been lucky enough to have seen them with Pete and with Matt. Jeff always looked like he was having a great time on stage, big smile, big hair!! . Thanks Jeff 👏👏

Saw Jeff at Butlins Minehead 2022 Quo tribute. A total gentleman. Gave drumming class and took questions from the audience afterwards and was kind and polite throughout. Legend.

It thanks to Jeff in the early 90’s when I wanted to play drums. It was when I saw him in the 1989 on the perfect remedy tour when they came down to Cornwall as I saw him and I was hooked. Now thirty years on and I’m still drumming but I’ve always wanted to meet him. Maybe one day

So great listening to Jeff, never seen him interviewed. He and Rhino were right to create their own style and not copy the predecessors. They brought their fun personalities into the band and I really enjoyed Jeff’s phase with Quo. Thanks for posting and more Jeff, if possible!!!

Jeff sounds like an intelligent individual. Probably a nice guy too. Though he's not my fave QUO Drummer by a long way. Nobody's better than John Coghlan. I'm a big fan of Matt Letley, his offbeat high hat work is very hard to do. "Quid Pro Quo" is one of the best Rock albums ever Produced. "Let's Rock"

I remember reading a few years back that Pete, when tracked down, told the person who tracked him down that he didn't want to be tracked down.😅 Sorry....yeah I remember something along those lines, that he lives a quiet life etc... no contact with the band since the 1980's , but of course they never told him they were "reforming" back in the day and I think he was none too pleased. Francis listed that in his book as "a regret" , not letting him know about reforming and Jeff being in. Nice to see Jeff here, he looks great 👍

Nice guy Jeff and a great drummer, But totally wrong for Quo at the time IMO, Image and playing wise, The band just looked embarrassing with them in the band, I dont agree with him and Rhino putting their own stamp on the old songs, The Quo rhythm section were so unique and a huge underrated part of the sound that they should have copied Nuff and Spuds parts more accurately, Nothing wrong with his playing on the new material, Better than the subsequent drummers IMO, Plus Jeff is incorrect about Alan not wanting to come over to record, Apparently, They started recording behind his back and didnt even tell him!

It's total bollocks. He only got the Quo gig because he worked with Parfitt (after End of the road tour) on his solo album. He's obviously just making that bit up to embellish his career story.

Jeff was brilliant, by far the best drummer that Quo had, always gave it some welly, though I could never understand why he hated 'Sherrie don't fail me now' so much. It was a great track Jeff!!!

He talks about pushing and the songs got too fast and they did loose the "Quo-ness". One of the worst gigs I ever saw was Quo at Bridlington Spa with this drummer.
