On the last question when you said that if 60 cycles occur in one second and one cycle takes 60 seconds, I think you meant that for one cycle, it would take one sixtieth of a second. If cycles were expressed in x and seconds in y, then it is saying 60x = y, and using the multiplicative property of equality, x = (1/60)y, or one cycle equals one sixtieth of a second.

I think a better way of explaining number 24 would be that in 1/60th of a second there is one cycle, as there are 60 cycles per one second.

The last question is a bit confusing specially when you said 1 cycle/60 secs but the test states it the opposite way.
