No. They are both the same, not there for the people but for big companies. It is a wellfare system for multinationals mostly. Obama was no different at all. Words words words. All this kid needs are SARMs. They prevent muscle wasting. It would literally solve all his problems, he just needs to get on a daily dose of ostarine every day in the morning and he should be fine. I hope the family sees this comment. Even testosterone would help.
