I love this Senator. Yes, depression is a real health issue and should be addressed without shame. We have no shame and get help right away when we break our arm. We must do the same when we have depression. This Senator also had strokes. I might have given up, but he didn't. He has such courage. I support the police and i support Israel. But, as a senator, is he underestimating his own Philly and Pittsburgh constituents voting more en masse than previous elections? Twin Tiers - all of the counties of Western NY and Northern Pennsylvania all along the state border line - thats the Twin Tiers. The Northern tier is the Pennsylvania side and the Southern tier is all along the NY state side. Seems backwards, right? Its right. Take a look on the map See any freeways? One, the 86. But the hidden "freeway" is Route 6 from Erie to Phila. That is the old industrial pipeline of the 20th century. Its been referred to as the original silicon valley as there were many factories along Route 6. This is MAGA country. Ever been? I recomend a drive sometime. Really, drive through these areas - Emporium, Port Allegany, Smethport, Bradford, Kane, Coudersport - all along through here, even up into NY state is Olean NY, Allegany NY (Go Bonnies!) and up into Jamestown, NY. Salamance NY was the rail hub of the sector. It had not one but TWO full sized engine round a bouts - very unusual to have two! Industry has all but abandoned these areas and these are MAGA people. Drive through here and you will get your answer as to WHY they are MAGA. I already voted BLUE all the way because I'm sane and stable. But these folks all along these Pennsylvania MAGA strongholds aren't wrong about the fact that they've been left for dead by the previous centuries success and failures. They just don't know any better. The reality is that Trump has no idea these people exist and he isnt about to offer up any credible ideas to lift these depressed areas up out of their poverty. At least Harris has offered a hand, albeit they don't know these places exist either. But if there is to be a renaisance for small town America, its up to the people who live there and it would be nice to know the people at the top might help out. We KNOW trump will never help. Take your chances but Harris is the best bet for at least HOPE.
