Thanks for all the information - One question - Why is it not standard protocol to do a PSMA to determine a course of action, either solo, or in conjunction with an MRI, at the incipient phase of PC diagnosis ? Again, great podcast, for a NYU patient awaiting an MRI now ~

Dr. Zelefsky - My Man! Maybe it's overdoing it to say I owe my life to him, but I'd nevertheless go to war with him at my side. And I'm glad I finally decided to dump MSK & follow him to NYU/Langone/Perlmutter/Whatever.

Can Metformin and berberine supplements limit metabolism of glutamine? And by controlling your fatty acids to a 1 to 1 ratio between omega3 and Omega6 will it disrupt the cancer? If omega3 is metabolize by the cancer will it destroy its cellular metabolism?

Maybe not enough money in that option to get studies done with them.
