The last doctor I went to told me that if I was still managing day-to-day activities (even if my happiness was diminished) then I would just have to live with my symptoms and move on. Thanks for the reminder that this is not normal.

Is that why I feel best when I'm fasting? I literally feel the best when I go 24-36 hours fasting. When I eat all of the time, I feel HORRIBLE.

Sadly, there are many cases of endometriosis not appearing on imaging tests (MRI, CT). No endometriosis on imaging techniques does not mean that you do not have endometriosis. What can we do to get better diagnosis techniques for women instead of jumping into the gold-standard laparoscopy as it is not cost-effective or affordable for many especially lower-income individuals? The DaVinci machine is not considered "surgically necessary" by many insurances. We need more options.

I found out I had mine by going to surgery. Images didnt show anything as well as trying these hormone medications which the doctor said would take away my pain if I had endo which it did not!! I could not sleep which then hindered me from participaiting in the job market due to 24/7 pain. The endo went all the way to my liver it was shocking to see the images.

I am trying to find a local doctor to help. Was diagnosed with endometriosis, and have had surgery (not hysterectomy) for endometriosis when I was 27-29. Currently 46 and still have several days every month I can barely walk due to severe pain, and then many other symptoms throughout the month that I have just learned to love with. So, hoping to find a doctor soon who can help. It has kept me from so many things.

Im suffering more than 2 yrs already with endo inside me. Had my ovarian cysts surgery 1 and half year ago, until now im still hoping i can survive this. I keep researching and watching helpful forum video like this. Thank u for sharing this video.

My doctor prescribed Visanne but am very uncomfortable because the biggest side effect is blood clot. I am only pain free for about 2weeks every month so am very confused about what to do. I don't want to jump from frying pan to fire.

Endometriosis female here. It gets bad sometimes. Got diagnosed at 29, started having severe pain at 25. Still have severe pain at 32, had one ovary and tube removed during a laparoscopic surgery. Endometriosis went undiagnosed for years. Was told awful things by family and some well meaning friends. Intense nausea and dry heaving. Can’t physically do anything. Gynecologist recommends a hysterectomy. I really don’t want to do that yet…

My younger daughter was experiencing this pain at her lower abdomen few weeks back and we have taken her to different hospitals only to discover that it was pelvic pain, the doctors said they had to operate on it, I couldn't allow them tear her open so I prayed to God to show me the way for the right solution when I came across Dr Iyhere page on youtube. I knew my prayers had been answered.

We need pain relief medicine then we can find mindfulness not when your in suffering torturing pains and doctors tell me go netflix and check headspace for fucking mindfulness in Canada! I was like wtfuck!

surgery is only treatment
