Thanks for a great review video! I’m on a tight budget so I always watch reviews on youtube before making my purchasing decisions and this video included all the info I needed to make a good decision. I have hooded eyes too and find that a lot of eyeshadows just rub off throughout the day when you don’t use a good base. This product is currently on sale where I live so I’ll give it a try! I'm so glad you reviewed and tested this primer. I've been curious about it. While I love how well your eye makeup stayed in place after 10hrs of wear, I think I'll pass on this primer. Blending is a skill I'm still not that great at, so I feel using a primer that makes blending a bit harder is not the best fit for me right now.
