NZ Series Ep.3: Sailing/hiding from storms at Bay Of Islands and Whangaroa.

I edited this from within Cyclone Gabrielle. Weird! Anyway, after sheltering from a storm at Urupukapuka Island, we went to Whangaroa Harbour to shelter from another storm. Then it was off to Motukawanui Island.
I apologise for my rock confusion in last episode. Steve catches a couple of fish to pad out our diminishing fresh fruit and veg supplies. And I get a haircut.

The striped fish is a red moki - I think they are called morwong across the ditch. They are residential fish. The mottled fish is a kelpie (sometimes called a Māori chief).
