I have this same board and I am struggling to finish my pc, but what connector are you using for your cpu? I connected just a cpu cable and I’m wondering if that’s why I’m experiencing stutter it looks like you have pcie going into the cpu header? Lmk thanks

Nice build!! Did you have to do a bios flashback for the ryzen 7 7800x3D? I see that for the black version of this motherboard, people recommend updating the bios for this processor to work properly, but does this new ICE version already come with an updated bios?

Highly recommend this board with a 7800x3d. it can do 7200-7800mhz easy with 0 erros. just make sure you have “ high bandwidth support “ & “ low latency support “ turned on. If you do not turn these settings on, no (intel xmp) sticks will work. My build is 7200CL 34-44-44-84 1.4v / 4070ti / same motherboard / 850W psu / 7800x3d. The only con I have with this board is the WiFi settings in device manager is not the same as my previous b550 board. Other than that it is very reliable. 1000% recommend

Moin, hab da eine Frage wo hast du die Pumpe angeschlossen bei dem Mainboard. Hab mir das mainboard + die 420 glacier one bestellt. Und ich hatte gelesen das der CPU_opt stecker nebem dem Cpu_Fan stecker extra im bios eingestellt werden muss. Stimmt das oder hat das ohne probleme funktioniert

Ja das ist richtig. Bei meiner AIO wird es aber über intern USB geregelt und angeschlossen.

9:55 musstest Du eigentlich den Kühlköprer mit den Rillen, die parallel zu der Unterseite der RAM-Speicher sind irgendwie herausschrauben oder passt die Grafikkarte auch so direkt? Ich habe mich von dich inspirieren lassen und das Board auch bestelllt. Könntest Du nach Möglichkeit auch ein kleiens Video dazu machen, wie und wo man die ganzen ARG Lüfter samt Controller etc. anschließt?

Die Grafikkarte passt so. Ich brauchte keinen RGB Controller. Sind alle am Board angeschlossen.

Nice build. Looking to do something similar. Gonna be using same cpu with the white taichi 7800xtx. Want to do an all white build also. Still researching on what mobo to use. Seems as there aren’t that many white ones. I’ve read some people having issues with the nzxt n7 mobo. Still debating on either using the nzxt h6 flow rgb or the montech king pro 95 white case.

Serious Question 🙋. I’m trying to find the right ssd to install in this board. What did you use? Is it true that there is one gen 5 slot and the other 2 slots are gen 4? If so can I mix it up like that? Or do I need to use gen 4 for all slots.

Yes is correct. The top one is 5.0, the others are 4.0 and you can equip them all like that.

You don't do that on the side and on the bottom you blow air into the housing. These are the reverse fans from Phanteks.

Hi, ich hab vor mir das gleiche Board zu kaufen mit nem 7800x3d. Bei dem RAM weiß ich nicht ob ich aucz einen 6000 cl30 mit xmp nehmen kann? Wird es Probleme machen ? Also sollte ich lieber ein EXPO RAM holen ? Ich bin überfordert 😂

If you don’t set up your ram properly then it will not….. My recommendation is to get a 1.4v kit. 1.35v & 1.25v kit’s are not stable. How do i know this ? because I purchased the “ team group 6000mhz CL30-36-36-76 1.35v & the bios + windows kept crashing. I have the same mobo & cpu. After careful consideration I found a kit with higher bandwidth but latency was the same. So now I have “ g skill 6400mhz CL32 1.4v “ & my system is solid. So from personal experience just don’t get 1.35v or 1.25v kits. they are not good. Very important : if you do not turn on “ high bandwidth support “ in bios then you won’t be able to use any kit at all.

Hi nochmal, ich mein PC fertig mit dem gleichen Mainboard und den gleichen ram Riegel, wie DU. Leider geht er nicht ins Setup Menü und zeigt lediglich drei optionen auf Del, Y oder N. UNd sagt das irgendetwas nicht mit tpm nicht stimmt.Bei DEL wil den Setup Menu Laden tut es aber nicht. Bei Y reagiert er gar nicht und bei N hat er WIndows versucht zu instalieren allerdings zeitnah die Fehlermeldung das mein System nicht die vorraussetzungen für WIN 11 erfüllt. Kannst mir helfen. Ansonsten schicke alles zurück und werd nie wieder von Gigabyte was kaufen
