I had a guy install this for me without telling him any information on it besides the correct positioning. I showed up as he was booting it up and he was pumped. He was loving that there was a screen, then he loved that it told the tempature, and then after he we installed the software he told me he had to take a photo for his website. I am glad he got the joy and experience out installing it.

I LOVE that you mention how it only takes 4 screws, as you tilt it over on its side, to see how the entire middle section is not even seated flush against the radiator. Such a horrendous design flaw with the new 2024 kraken and them decided to use this single frame fan shroud. FYI for anyone wondering, the LEDs bleed through, and if you get it at the right angle, are blindling bright through the crack between the fan, and the radiator at 12:41. there is no reason this fan does not have an addional 4 screws in the middle of the fan, ya know where THE RADIATOR HAS MOUNTING HOLES for.

I have a question about using Lian Li infinity fans on this aio. If I’m gonna plug in the infinity fans on the radiator into the infinity controller (which will give both power and rgb), do I need to plug CPU Fan and can I just leave Fan Power unplugged? And all I have to do is set the infinity fans on rad to CPU fan curve right? I prefer using l connect to control everything. Ty

I'm not clear on your question. But if I'm understanding it correctly, you still need CPU fan plugged in and the sata power. But yes, you can connect the infinity fans to the controller and then just set the fans to respond to CPU temp in the L Connect software

Interesting how you connect the CPU cooler fans to the CPU_FAN when the MB(X870e) instructions mention if you're using a water cooler it should be plugged into the AIO_PUMP header. Thoughts on this?

Couple Q’s: - Can the RGB Kraken Elite fans be replaced with NZXT RGB Duo fans? - If so, do you need to have the RGB K.Elite? Or can the RGB Duos still work properly on the non-RGB K.Elite? Is it possible to connect and harmoniously control the cooler, the fans included within a H6 case plus one additional separately purchased NZXT exhaust fan without purchasing the NZXT RGB separately or is it worth spending the extra dollars on aforementioned controller to save some pain? I'm thinking conmection wise it's possible, but am unsure if all fans and lighting will sync up nicely within software? So, use the controller that's included with the cooler to connect those fans and RGB connections. Use the two fan and RGB controllers on an NZXT MB to connect both the single rear exhaust fan, and the 3 x front fans which daisy chain the 3 x power and RGB connections of the fans into a single connection. Seemingly, connection wise, the above would work but would everything be in sync, play nicely and uniformly be detected and controllable through software?

In my personal opinion what they should have done with the new h5 flow is make it for microATX instead of standard ATX and the main reason why they should have done that is because they can have the power supply on its side just like the new H7 has.

saw the single frame and thought this was a review of the 2024 kraken, but regardless absolutely love the single frame fan idea cable management is gross. Would you rec the control hub to power mulitple fans that are not nxzt? WOuld be nice to free up fan header splitter for my corsair fans.

Hey I have a question I switched the original fans for rgb fans and everything worked fine when turning it on the first three times but after fixing an issue with the monitor getting no signal and switching the pc on and off the lcd and the fans stoped working but the rgb works fine and they slightly twitch when I turned the PC on

How long have you been using the unit? I have heard that there might be some noise during the first few days. It is supposed to get less intense after some time. And it might help to shut down the PC and restart it a few times in order for the air bubbles to get away from the pump.

My fans do not turn when connected to the splitter. However, the fans do work! Tried the fans connected to the motherboard, they work. When I connect the fans to the splitter with the PC running just on BIOS, they spin, but after reboot they no longer spin... This is the Kraken Elite 360. Now to run the 3 radiator fans, I connect them directly to the motherboard for them to spin when windows boots up. There has to be a logical explanation... has anyone else had this problem.

sounds like a splitter problem. you already isolated the problem it sounds like. they work, but not when the splitters are involved. Maybe get ahold of NZXT and ask what the deal is. They can RMI it or help you out

You might be able to buy extra cables for your PSU. Make sure you get them from the same brand and that they're compatible too. For example Corsair sells cable kits for its power supplies.

Have had this 360 elite for less than a year and it consistently drops to 500 rpm after a while under load and refuses to adhere to any changes i make in cam software, eventually dropping to under 100 rpm all the way to 0 while cooking my CPU. Funny part is the radiator fans also follow suit so i know its probably not a pump problem specifically. Any idea what’s happening?

How have you installed the radiator? Is it on top of the case, on the side or at the bottom? Could it be that there is some air in the system and the pump was not lubricated properly?

Personally I'm looking forward to a gen 2 version of the Lian LI TL LCD fans. Definitely have great potential, but there are some big technical annoyances I've run into and I'd make a few visual changes as well.
