@pinefarm001 yes, it is - the title of the piece we have is "Laudate Nomen Domini" - but we usually sing it in english.

...by the way, it sounds so much better in the key of A. At my local parish they sang it in B flat...ouch...B flat gives me the willies. I have synesthesia & B flat sounds like high ceilings & open spaces, both of which make me DIZZY, believe it or not. The key of A sounds like a tree, which I love. I asked the choir director why we couldn't sing the key of A version. For some reason he prefers the key of B flat...yikes. Anyway, I'm glad this is in the key of A. My favorite keys are F, G, D, & A. They all sound like trees. The key of E sounds like a bright light. The key of C is ordinary, doesn't sound like anything in particular. But the key of B flat is just too much. No, I don't like keys that have more than 3 accidentals any more than I like B flat. So I am glad the KZbin recordings of this anthem are in the key of A.

Great Anthem, Great sound (esp no vibrato). Your talents need a better room.... This one clashes with the talent. The carpet gives no feed back or blend.
