I had brief summer jobs at psygnosis (studio liverpool) in 98, 99, and 2000. This game was in some sort of a library/ database section in the building! There are tons of great memories of seeing the games developed/published there! I did purchase this, and Colin mcrae rally at GAME, happy memories of playing this game on the hard difficulty to see the real ending.

oh man, this game and Activisions Heavy Gear were the first two complete PC games I ever played, my friend from school gave them to me after he finished and that was my intro PC gaming, never got to finish either one but all this years later I finally got around to playing both and completing them, the nostalgia hit hard man, goodtimes.

Finally found this! I had a disc with demo of several games, this being one of them. Always tried to find its name, but never managed to do so...until now.

I played this on PS1 over 20 years ago but never completed it. The movements were clumsy and it was too easy to fall to your death off a cliff edge (or even just walk of the edge). It became too frustrating although I really enjoyed how it looked and sounded. I may dig it out aqain one of these days.

This game is on Steam. It's got a PC version and a PS1 emulated version. Only the PS1 version has music because of copyright issues I believe.

Why play without music.bugs for pc version

The PC port is missing music tracks. It is the same thing that happens when you play a multi-disc-track PS1 game without multi-disc support on. I guess they did not bother to code the audio to play from files instead of the disc tracks of the original release. Of course you could re-record the audio and implement it in the other - you could do it with a simple script. I guess they did not do that. If I really liked the game, I would rather play the PS1 version on Retroarch that supports the multi-disc-track thing. All those separate tracks get converted into separate ISO files and there is a make-shift playlist file that loads them all when you start the game through it. I recall it was a CCD file or something, it is a plain text file really.
