No singer can sound as beautiful as Rafi sa'ab, in any octave or scale. It's just to di with that magically rich, flowing pearl-like voice quality of his which is divine. This song is nowherenear the original sung by himelf, yet his voice still sounded so rich and divine even here. I have listened to other singers n youtube such as sonu nigam, etc sing in low scales, but does not sound as beautiful as this. All to the voice quality of this khudaa ki den, this farishtha called rafi sa'ab.
