Wow!!! What a AMAZING version of this song. She really does sing everything quite profoundly. Can't believe I'm listening to Christmas music in May. What I really can't believe it that this wonderful songstress has left us so soon. But as the hymn goes, 'we'll understand it better bye and bye'. Glad to hear my FAVORITE Christmas song come through this woman's voice though. Rest In Peace to the most lovely Donna Summer.

Donna summer's Christmas Spirit is the single best Christmas CD ever recorded. I bought it as a fluke and all the songs- some she wrote- really shows what a perfect voice she had. It is a must have CD. I listen to it year around. She was a super star.

Dino Moorman - yes sir, you are absolutely right...since Christmas Spirit was released in 1994, not a Christmas season goes by that my wife (who, by the way, is not a huge Summer fan), doesn't play this album...i find her from time to time listening year round...love the gospel sound on this track...the whole album is amazing / sublime!
