+helveeta I remember the detective Fuhrman who "found" evidence was a racist and bragged about beating up black people to relieve tension and just getting so sick to my stomach. That created doubt in the justice system and evidence. So unfortunately- the trial was more about race and police corruption to black people. Blacks don't have the privilege of thinking race doesn't matter.

+Frank James In case you forgot, this is what Fuhrman "found": Bloody gloves:One dark, cashmere-lined Aris Light leather glove, size extra large, was found at the murder scene, another behind Simpson's guest house, near where Brian "Kato" Kaelin heard bumps in the night. Ms. Simpson bought Simpson two pair of such gloves in 1990. DNA tests showed blood on glove found on Simpson's property appeared to contain genetic markers of Simpson and both victims; a long strand of blond hair similar to Ms. SSimpson's also was found on that glove.

on the dream team the only two that really believed in O.J's innocence fully was F. Lee bailey and johnnie cochran....the others i don't know if they were fully convinced but they did what any good lawyer or lawyers assistant would do which is defend their client. its possible that Robert kardashian didn't believe that he was innocent but so what that doesn't he was guilty......when you have a team working together everyone doesn't have to be on the same page....it sure helps though....i think you need 90% of the people to be on the same page....you need some extreme rock solid firm believers...those few will bring a balance to the rest of the team.

No lie. I met Kato at Lax. 2000-ish. We were both checking in at the same time right next to each other. I asked him if he was Kato (was pretty sure he was but that was the way I initiated the conversation) and he said yes and asked my name. He then asked where I was traveling to. Very friendly. Very interested in learning about me. I immediately wanted to ask him if he thought OJ was guilty. But because how nice he was I had second thoughts of asking him. He was very perceptive and I had a pause and he looked at me like he was waiting for what I was gonna ask and I said, “you know Kato there was a question I was gonna ask but I think I’ll leave it alone.” And Kato responds, “oh no that’s ok! Yeah he was guilty and I knew it all along!”. I was stunned. I swear on my mother’s life. I said something like, “oh wow! That was forthcoming!”. And he said no problem and wished me lucked and I walked way. I know he has said in public, like in this video, that he thinks OJ was guilty. But I just wanted to hear it myself and see his face.

@Brucev7
@Brucev7 3 жыл бұрын
'Robert Kardashian told Barbara Walters how evidence presented by the prosecution caused him to seriously consider whether his friend murdered his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and her friend Ron Goldman. The presence of blood, thought to belong to O.J. and the two victims at the crime scene, on the infamous leather gloves and in O.J.’s Bronco particularly troubled him. “I have doubts,” Kardashian told Walters. He explained, “I wake up in the middle of the night. I’m so conflicted because of that blood evidence.” Failing results of a polygraph test that O.J. took also “devastated” the lawyer. Additionally, he didn’t truly believe his team’s main defense. Throughout the case, O.J.’s Dream Team of high-paid lawyers tried to suggest that Los Angeles police officers were part of a conspiracy to frame him for murder. But a conspiracy of that nature, Kardashian said, would be “impossible.”

Its obvious IF OJ planned it or just happened to witness it cause he went to speak to Nicole that he was not alone. The beanie with white hair in it dropped in the the blood on the pathway to Nicoles door is a perfect example....why wasn't there a DNA test conducted on the white/blond hair ???? I believe it was marvin cause he was a phsyco who might have threatened OJ or I wouldn't be surprised if some phsyco cop who was refused by Nicole did it and they covered up for him because of embarrassment to the LAPD...its happened before...a cop with mental health problems who had gone through trauma and clearly wasnt fit for work.....Nicole showed her breasts to a cop ( after her breast implants) at Mezzaluna n that cop went telling everyone at the police station while they all laughed at her, maybe one of them got obsessed with her.....anythings possible. The cops lied n played with the investigation so OFCOURSE ppl are not going to trust what they say, how must her family feel hearing about all the cops laughing at Nicole ?????? Maybe one day we will find REAL evidence IF OJ did kill them but until then there is no proof he PHYSICALLY killed Nicole and Ron.

@@shirleyminassian1547 What planted glove exactly? How was it planted and by whom? Everyone that entered that crime scene, testified to there being only 1 glove between Ron and Nicole’s bodies. 2 of those officers arrived 2 hours before Mark Fuhrman ever got there. Glove wasn’t planted. It was right where OJ dropped it at his home. You know, the one that had the victims and OJs blood on it. Only hairs recovered from the beanie were hairs consistent with OJs hair, and fibers from the carpet of his Bronco. Also, that beanie wasn’t found ON the walkway to Nicole’s condo, but next to the left glove in the dirt. To add, Nicole’s hair was also found on the glove at Rockingham. Lastly, don’t waste your time typing all that drivel, or as we say here “bullshit”. Stick to the facts of the case

What a messy job....maybe one day we will find out what actually happened. The time frame did not fit with OJ's plus someone who brutally killed Ron n Nicole he didn't have blood on him.....why wasn't the bronco seats all bloodied ???? All the blood on the pathway....that was alot of blood !!! Explain HOW and WHERE all the blood went IF he killed them, the woman who claimed she saw OJ drive off in a crazy way....her brother said she does not drive !!! Clearly she was paid to say it......its possible he killed them but there's alot of questions, where's the evidence n proof ? ..the glove scenario is a load of BS I'm sorry but it could have been planted at his home as stated, these things DO happen. Show proof of where his bloodied clothes are n ill believe he killed them n no he didn't throw them in the bin in Chicago airport because not only will it smell but also picked up by the rubbish collectors....there were no scratches on his fingers that night except when he cut his finger in his hotel room where the maid brought him a bandaid, many ppl including the pilot confirmed there were no cuts on him when he was on the fight...Ron a black belt struggled, therefore it was confirmed the killer should have had bruises atleast but there were NO marks whatsoever on OJs body ?????..I think because he was violent towards his wife that they just wanted to pin it on him. There's no hard evidence it was him. Because he was desperate for money he was FORCED to say " IF I DID IT" for the book the lazy money hungry monster that Fred Goldman is....taking advantage of his own sons death to make money...he's no father !!! Poor Ron needed his father many many times in his life and his father ignored him n stopped talking to him n we won't go into what he did to his step kids !! Why wasn't he charged for physical abuse and theft ???? They let crims like that go...???? I think OJ with the encouragement of his two faced friend Robert Kardashian may have planned to have Nicole followed and possibly have killed but it never happened even though Robert paid two ppl tp do it. Sounds to me OJ knows more of what happened but not speaking up cause his kids' lives may have been threatened, until real evidence is shown sorry but I don't think he Physically killed them. As with the gloves, even his legal team were stupid to present it that way, doesn't take a rocket scientist to know when a leather glove comes in contact with liquid that it shrinks, blood or water !!!! Bunch of turds could have come up with something else it's like convincing a child 🙄

Vincent Frimpong he went to Chicago. The knife is there. He took it with him. Watch the mini series it’s literally a shot for shot, and explores what the prosecution were up against. They wanted to say that he wasn’t putting them on properly but were shut down because it was a huge blow to their case. I don’t believe ANYTHING was planted. He was packing bags. That bag was never found. Unfortunately the case was turned upside down and made into a racial issue. And the victims were forgotten. That’s how he was set free. He was found guilty in an other state about being involved in the murders and failed to pay the compensation. He ran away from it. He was then put in prison more recently. He’s a guilty man. Simple

I don't think the bag was disposed at the Chicago airport (ORD); airport cameras would've captured the moment. Only the black people cheered. It didn’t matter that the killer wore the exact same Bruno Magli designer shoes that OJ wore on television (Same size as OJ, & only 30 pairs were ever made). It became this tribal thing where the whites knew he was guilty, and the blacks were uninformed. Many didn’t like the fact that OJ was marred to a white woman anyway, and they didn’t seem to show her much sympathy. He went to Nicholes funeral & had to look at her body. They had to tie a ribbon around her neck to cover the scar where he slit her throat. His two girls were upstairs asleep with their mother’s dead body laid out on the walkway. @@michaelmcneely9766 The problem is you made this out to be about black and white, you need to think more logically. OJ just like many men black, white, orange purple abused his wife and than when she broke it off killed her, it's a typical spousal abuse that led to murder, just like with scott Peterson and alll the many of men who killed their wives either because they didn't want her anymore, was abusive and obsessed with her and couldn't let her go. ect. The funny part is OJ was a rich wealthy celebrity, he was treated better than any rich every day white person. He had power with his fame and money, how can average blacks even compare themselves to him. he said he was not black. the only black people he bothered with was his family and old time friend Al Cowlings and a black celeb Marcus Allen, everyone else was white, rich wealthy upper middle class white people. He even said black women are gross and went after 17 year old Nicole while he was in his 30s and only dated and bothered with white women who look like barbies and mannequins while the black jury saw this as a revenge for Rodney King and blacks like you who think this is some justice for blacks being beaten down, and put in slavery years and years ago and for the mistreatment of blacks when this was a celebrity who does not even bother with blacks and beat his wife for years and than ended up killing her when she broke it off for good in May of 94. Nicole and Ron had nothing to do with the sufferings of blacks. You blacks are so angry, and take your anger out in very illogical ways. and like I said in the other message, blacks cause a lot of crimes, they attack cops and run from the cops so the cops will get abusive, and many blacks kill other blacks

Fred also offered, and I believe him COMPLETELY when he said it, that he would have given up all attempts to pursue money from Simpson, if OJ signed a full confession. Matthew Carey - I respectfully disagree with your McDonald's comment. I used to think as you do many years ago, but I now believe it was always his intent to go to that McDonalds. I'm 100% sure that he killed Ron and Nicole. I am 98% sure he had no plans to kill Nicole when he left his home that night. Kato did screwed up his plans a bit. I think OJS's intention was to go to that McDonalds on 26th and Santa Moncia Blvd., then drive to Nicole's condo. From that McDonalds, if you head east on Santa Moncia Blvd three quarters of a mile you arrive at Bundy Ave. Turn left (north), travel around a half a mile and you are at Nicole's condo. His intention was to get something to eat, spy on Nicole, then return home. The murders were unplanned. Kato's self invite altered his plan to drive directly to Nicole's condo from McDonalds. Because of Kato, he had to drive back home first. He lost some time. As wrong as I know the verdict was, if the jury had to believe Marcia Clark's timeline of events and the motive presented by the prosecution to find him guilty, it's no surprise the verdict was not guilty. Except for the presentation of physical evidence, the case presented by the prosecution was unconvincing. OJS is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt on the physical evidence. He did it. Many other things support his guilt. Marcia just chose not use all of the evidence at her disposal. Epic fail.

The prosecution omitted crucial evidence from the closing argument. The size 12 (if I remember the size correctly) Bruno Magli shoes owned by O.J. Simpson, which he can be seen wearing in videos prior to the crime, went missing after the murders. These shoes in Simpsons size were extremely rare, per testimony from the manufacturer in the trial regarding sales, yet they match the bloody shoe prints found at the crime scene, in his Bronco, and home. The DNA taken from the blood of these shoe prints matched the DNA of both victims, thus putting their blood on his shoes, with a trail leading from the crime scene to his home, via his Bronco.

@@bigdaddycool4242 True. This is likely why even Robert Shapiro recently made the comment that there's a difference between moral justice, and legal justice. Subtly implying that Simpson murdered them (morally unjust) but the prosecution didn't prove it well enough (legally just). In his mind anyway. Prosecution didn't call Jill Shively to the stand. They never called Brad Roberts to the stand. They didn't call Skip Junis. They could have called Kris Jenner who was friends with both and two weeks prior said Nicole told her she feared for her life, and that OJ would kill her by stabbing her.
