Hope you are lucky in returning it! O’Reily’s should honor a return. Northern Tool promised me I could bring back a DR trimmer, “no questions asked…for any reason…just drag it behind your pickup…we will replace it…”. Afterwards, I realized that sales lady was the female version of actor Jon Levitz: “Uhh, yeah! -That’s the ticket!!”
