Hello, a great video! Please tell me what tools you use to calculate the Intake port timing and blow down readings. Is there a degree wheel being used? I hope you make some modifications to this engine to monitor the difference in power!

I use a degree wheel! Thats pretty much all you need! Check Kings Rancing's channel, modifying the reds r5r video, he showed how to measure the numbers with the degree wheel

What the hell, no music only cows 😆 she is running really good. Watched your ielasi run after this. Don't know which fuel you were running there, but the difference in performance is not really really big. Think not €175,- big.. the ielasi revs up a bit faster and has better top end but......... This engine performs really good!!!!! Would love to get my hands on these for the new series😆 Great vid buddy 👊

😆 I was lazy and didnt add music. There is a difference but the ielasi was running on 18% so need to try this one with 18 to be fair. Still runs very good and since piccos are more expensive (got my p3tt for 200) this is the best deal for the price imo

Hey Tasty, I see you wrap a rag around the cooling head of the engine to stop it cooling down too much. Have you tried using elasticated cotton toweling wrist bands tennis players use. I brought some to put over my engine's cooling head when it has been cold recently in the UK. They work a treat and because they are elasticated you can alter the amount of the cooling head you 'wrap'. They were only a few £/€ for a pack of 4 in any colour to match your car's paint job or cooling head colour...

Thank you 👍 The XRB is surprisingly good but at the same price, I prefer the p3tt! One of the best offroad engines ever. Sadly picco prices have increased so for a budget engine the XRB is a very good choice

The OS is doing very very well but the p3 is just a better and more advanced engine, makes more power for bottom to top and tunes great, some people dont like how picco carbs tune but I love them, I have about 10 piccos and I love each and everyone of them 🥰 (Im not sponsored)

I use my regular fuel to Break the engine in, the same that I run, racing experience, it may not be distributed in your location but if you are happy with your regular fuel, use it to Break your engines in too, I do not recommend high oil percentage or spzcial "break in fuel" as your sleeve may get stuck in the Block with that kind of fuel

I heat the engine up to 120°C - 250 F°and keep it a this temp for a minute before starting it, to be sure that the internals will also heat up

This is a good one! Not many options in the same range of price (under 200) but if you are willing to spend a extra 50 you can get a picco p3tt or p3tx and those are much more advanced engines

This one is the v3, the TM is made for traxxas only, it has a smaller Block, different bore and stroke than any other .21 OS. 309$ for the xrb is way to expensive !

Wow , she runs farrrr better than expected but the timing numbers suggested a strong engine. Take note nitro gang this is how a proper tuned engine is supposed to run and return it idle.

Yes! the xrb runs better than expected, tunes good but to be honest my b7tt and my dirt were easier to tune! Next time, i will try a different pipe and higher nitro content fuel💥💥

No! The cheaper, the lower the quality (SH, LRp, Force...). In this particular case, the quality is very good but this engone doesn't have Race engines features like the counterweights, dlc...
