Thanks in large part to your channel, I read The Lord of Psalm 23 by David Gibson! I'm reading his Living Backwards about Ecclesiastes now. And I have listened to a bunch of his sermons too. I'll continue to listen to his sermons which are so edifying. And I recently found out Jonathan Gibson is David Gibson's younger brother! So I may now need to pick up Jonathan Gibson's books as well to get the 1-2 punch from the Gibson brothers. 😊 Edit. Sorry I almost forgot to answer your question! My favorite Easter resource is the little book The Cross He Bore by Frederick Leahy. Interestingly, Leahy passed away in 2006, the same year he mailed off his manuscript for his last book The Hand of God about God and providence including God's providential care in suffering. After he mailed off his manuscript to the publisher, his wife reports he said something like, "I think I've now said all I can say about the Lord". And shortly thereafter he went home to be with the Lord.

Did the numbering get off for you after Palm Sunday?

Yes… Official word from Crossway (via a friend who asked them directly) is that it was misprinted and the author recommends swapping the Meditation, Call to Worship, and adoration for days 37 and 39 (since day 39 should have been Palm Sunday). Then also the scripture readings to read Lamentations 1 on day 37, Lamentations 2 in day 38, and then Matthew 2:1-11 on day 39. I just went through my copy this morning and noted those edits in pencil in my edition for future use.

@@Back2theWord bummed to have bought 2 copies at full price of a misprinted book though. Guessing I’m not the only one!
