I think I was there for this. Maybe 1995ish? I would have been seven or so. I remember my old man going straight to a music shop and buying the pipe music for Waly Waly. And now I play it too.

Info Tech---the design was based on the French Imperial Guard hats found in the mud of the Waterloo Battlefield. They were not being used any more!!!
