根據PropTrack最新發布的樓價指數顯示
布里斯本9月份的住宅價格中位數達到85.5萬澳元
比去年增長了13.3%
在過去四年中樓價整體上漲了75%以上
雖然昆士蘭州前景一片光明
但是昆士蘭州政府卻靜悄悄的改變了房屋租賃市場的「遊戲規則」
昆州最新的租賃法例已經從9月30日開始生效
這個變化主要集中在房屋租金和押金上的細分條件
大家千萬不要因小失大
在不知情的情況底下
反而被租客舉報觸犯法例

不好意思我想請問一下，如果是9/30之前的房租合約(今年7月-明年2月) 請問是比照新法還是舊法呢?

你好，按照舊法。新法從9.30日以及之後實行。

您可以看一下5:36，計算一下您實際住的時間和租約上的百分比，對照表裡的賠付金額就好。
