@@dcmj3798 Absolutely! NEVER seen him have a bad game for Gloucester. People are talking about the lack of Tuilagi at centre but I can't wait for people to see what Atkinson can do there. Also, that moment where he broke the news to his dad regarding his England call up got me emotional as hell!

@@dcmj3798 Ahh dude check it, I believe it's in the 'Inside Line' episode where they're talking about the buildup to the Tonga game. There's a clip of Atkinson breaking the news to his dad and it's so sweet. Made me like him even more. I really hope he plays with that passion this 6N... Let's hope he shows everyone what he's made of.

So great to see Jessica Ennis, I have so much admiration for her. What an inspiration, great to get her in to speak with the boys. I'll never forget that night, Super Saturday, you'll all remember it. Personally, I was lucky enough to have been watching the Olympic Beach volleyball next to Trafalgar square and then got into the nearest pub to watch in time to watch her win gold and the place went crazy. And of course Rutherford and Mo. What a night. What. A. Night.

I'll never forget how she defied all the evidence and insisted that an innocent man, Ched Evans, couldnt find employment. I'll never forget how one eyed and evil she was throughout all of that and even to this day she has refused to apologise. But yay!!! what a wonderful effect she had on the England side this weekend. What a great weekend it was for Luke Cowan Dickie as well... Truly the media/PR team around England know exactly what they are doing... :) :)

‘New England’. I think Marcus Smith is Eddie’s vision going forwards. I think choosing to train in Brighton (Marcus’ home) at his old school (!) is a strategic decision to tell us that he’s behind Marcus.
@felixfraser30343 жыл бұрын
Might have read into it a bit there. Brighton College is often used by international teams cos (Australia trained out of it during the autumn series). Clearly Marcus is being backed for the future but I don’t think they r pandering training camps around him

Marcus Smith is just an absolute baller. "To be back on that field with George [having just taken his place in the England team], brings back good memories." I hope we absolutely mince Scotland on Saturday. Wilson teeing off in the press is so unnecessary - it would be great if Genge and co really rammed his words down his throat.

@@powerbite92 My grandfather was Scottish and my team fought alongside the Scots Guards in Afghan so I've got a lot of love for the Scottish (I just hate that gobshite Wilson)! Scotland deserved the victory - we weren't clinical enough with all the possession we had. LCD's mental decision to tap that cross kick forwards turned things (literally any other outcome, including just letting Scotland score that in the corner, would have been preferable to a pen try and yellow card). Murrayfield + a seriously good Scotland team was always going to be a tough ask after the injuries and disruptions we've had. Hopefully we'll improve as the 6N goes on. Looking forward to Wales v Scotland - that will be a cracker.

Tom Curry as captain? Anyone know why? I think I would like to see Ben Youngs as captain, the guy has 110 odd caps and played countless 6 Nations tournaments. Or Mario Itoje.. Let’s hope England beat Scotland with Elliott Daley at outside center and Max Mailins on the wing too 🤔… England are without Johnny May, Anthony Watson, Courtney Lawes, Owen Farrell. Some of their best players..other players can step up

@@jakehowie442 Seems like you had a point. I would argue, however, that Ben Youngs isnt worth his place at the moment.
@jakehowie4423 жыл бұрын
I would disagree, although Ben Youngs is probably not world class, he is still very good. He also good at making breaks from the fringes of a ruck which England then score a try from. Almost happened in the Scotland game. Yes he could be replaced, but is there any scrum half better than Ben Young’s right now, not too many and they are all very young and inexperienced.
@adamgibbons2103 жыл бұрын
@@jakehowie442 unfortunately the reason they are inexperienced is because we haven't bloodied anyone else, I'm getting very concerned for the World Cup there are alot of positions still in question.
