The salary is 8.71 fixed CTC (No joining bonus, no RSUs and 40k variable) I got placed in o9 and I'm not taking it at all, rather work at Deloitte at a lower pay

You need to have good amount of knowledge in SQL, Databases, Excel etc. Competitive Coding is not much required for O9
