LOL, Ollie - love the dude. Ollie: I have to wait for my GPS to connect. Klecker: (clearly frustrated) Its a TRACK, its a TRACK! Ritz: Its 400 meters around Ollie. I vote for a weekly workout with ON. Thank you for the content, great stuff!

A lifetime of running. And obviously helped by the fact that it’s a biased sample (ie great, fluid running technique type people, with great genetics are going to be the one’s most likely to rise to be elite)

Great video! Funny: first training at the track and so busy with the running-times, why? Better to run such a training more relaxed dont push to hard. The coach also, only busy with the splits...And the warming-up, everyone is doiing something else, why they dont do something together and more structurel. But the video is great, keep that goiing!

Huh? I know there’s some controversy about Nike having the best shoe tech atm (and people racing in Nike even if they’re not sponsored by Nike). But there’s no reason why they wouldn’t train in On shoes (same goes for all other brands)

Great athletes! What was going on with the coaching? People running at each other... everyone freestyling the warm ups, athlete questions about the rest times, something going on with Australia and New Zealand, and someone running in the wrong size shoes? Come on! Whoever is burping needs to change their diet. If your athlete sounds like a cow... time to look at their nutrition :-)
