I purchased this instructional DVD in its entirety & I must say it's excellent & well worth the money. The routine that Paul Lewis teaches is amazing & my clients at the natural health food market where I work love it. Other chair massage routines seem to attack the client. Additionally,Mr. Lewis pays great attention to body mechanics for the therapist. He goes through both a ten minute and fifteen minute routine in real time , after he has broken down each of the techniques in detail. Love it !
