This is the first one I have seen that I actually like. And I have seen dozens of them. I am a senior and a tiny home with a bedroom on the main floor is essential. Plus, I cannot stand ladders or other weird access to the upper floor. I would use the small area on the top floor as a study/TV room. What is missing? The smallest of wood-burning units. You did a gorgeous job with the design and lay-out.
