Oatmeal, apple and carrots! I haven't eaten sugar for a year! No flour or white sugar. I use stevia. You can use honey. A great dessert option for the whole family. An easy, tasty and healthy pie for the whole family. Prepare delicious recipes with us.
2 cups (200 g) oatmeal. 1 teaspoon baking powder.
1 cup (240 ml) milk of your choice.
Rinse 1/2 cup (70 g) raisins in hot water.
Rinse 8 dried apricots in hot water.
1 carrot.
1 apple.
3 eggs.
2 tablespoons olive oil. Vanilla.
7 inch (18 cm) baking dish.
Bake in a preheated oven at 360F/180C for approximately 45-50 minutes.

Зато, посмотрев полминуты перемешивание овсяной муки с молоком - я точно научусь их перемешивать! А также прелестно смотреть 1м10с процесс нарезания яблок - неужели он не прекрасен?! А канал, еслифчо, называется "Быстрые рецепты"... Почти 9 минут на рецепт, который можно легко уложить в 3 минуты.
