Have an Obage 144 since the last three weeks. I wanted a system which I could play while I worked. Last three weeks the system has been playing from 5 am to 5 pm every day except Sundays. The sound is excellent. It was value for money.

I must congratulate you for the way you break down and explain sound in simple hindi. It goes a long way in educating the masses, leading to better choices on part of consumers and ultimately pushing manufacturers to produce better sounding audio systems for cheaper. Kudos to you VM! Having said that, I want to put forth a different perspective on the way both of these systems perform with both their bass and treble knobs turned all the way up to 100%. Do you think it is possible that f&d designed the system to perform optimally, maybe even with a flat sound signature, when the bass and treble are not at 100%? It's quite evident that obage tuned to system to provide a flat sound when both bass and treble are at 100% However, since we can't actually ask some Chinese engineers how they went about tuning the sound on the f&d, can we give them the benefit of the doubt and test for ourselves by turning down the treble knob a bit and seeing if they sound more flat? I would love to see a video of the frequency analyser as the treble is turned down on the f&d, and then compare the sounds on both of these systems. If this is true, the other way to look at these systems is that f&d is more versatile, for when you want that extra bright treble, it is capable enough. Whereas the obage one is quite rigid with its goal towards providing a flat sound and nothing more than that. I'd love to hear your thoughts on this! Regards

I can say that Obage 144 is a 3 way system which supports high Mid and low perfectly because it has tweeter, speaker and woofer. Where as Fenda is a 2 way system where tweeter is missing that's why here you are compromising high frequency hence it's better to go for Obage 144.

I'm using Obage DT 21 for quite sometime now. No complaints on sound quality or customer service whatsoever. The vocals are crystal clear, bass is punchy, you can listen to music in Obage for a long time without hurting your ears. As per my experience, Obage speakers are not for loud music (which even they mention on their website also), saying that it's not dull either. It's right spot on. Only issue I found is the red-black switches at the back side of the speaker. The quality is not that good, this can be improved. VM sir you are doing a great job, whatever I heard about Obage speakers in this channel is 100% true. Happy with your reviews. Thank you.

Hello sir.. I definitely respect your comparison... No one tried to make such comparisons for these type of systems. Appreciate the initiative how you tried express how you feel the opinion .. I also do audio measuring and work on subwoofer and enclosure designs 1.The frequency measurement is not right sir because you have and should use proper caliberated microphone with factory calibration data. 2. For frequency measurement the proper speaker placement has to be done with reapect to microphone.. 3.side firing, front firing, down firing are not different... The provide thump effect depends upon the placement of subwoofer and other surrounding speakers 4. Flat response is complete flat mean it reproduce complete set of frequency from 20 to 20khz in the same time V response is bass and trebles are high but mids are low about 2 or 3 db.... It completely depends on how the bass and trebles knobs adjusted.... (if only bass and treble knobs are provided which means response of the system is suspended at 1khz not more than that or lesser but as per my knowledge on this system bass just adjust subwoofer volume and speaker volumes not the frequency response is variable) and flat type of response doesn't sounds good its just a reference of system behaviour its recommended to have a flat frequency response system so that we adjust to our own preference (flat response is not easy to achieve high end audio systems struggle to make such a response but its not possible because completely depending on various factor like placement of speakers, air pressure levels, distance from front walll and back wall etc..) and V type sounds good for listing music it just depends on your taste According to me obage has tweeter which makes the sound brighter and subwoofer frequency may start at lowest but its not hearable by obage but fenda can produce 40 hz frequency about 2 db high than obage Box type and size completely depends on the subwoofer drivers parameters... One more is that all those multimedia systems subwoofer box are tuned for around 50 to 80 or 100 hz..

Hello, I am using f&d t200x last 2 years. I have seen many cons. If we are playing on Bluetooth mode, some hisssssss kind of sound appeared till upto 15 volume. After 15 + it will gone.. I want to mentioned here some points. f&d t200x will be suitable to 50-60% of people, who are high beats or bass lovers. Music would be preferable for not only pure but also party kind or loud with high bass. No doubts Obage is good music system. But it has major cons that we should listen formal music, we can't enjoy party and loud. So f & d would be suffice all that good music as well as party music. It's my personal opinion. What I feel... Hi Vineet ji, i guess bass treible ko agar default valve par rakhenge to acha hoga. Buhut he balance music sunne ko milega. For eg. If the system is having (-5db to +5db). It should be at default level (0db) for accurate music. Then after we can adjust the db level according to the songs if having less or more bass, treible. I knw you having more knowledge then me. But i am sharing my point of view. Thank you

I bought Obage ht 144 a few weeks back, and believe me it is wow!!! Honestly speaking, on the first day I felt like Ok Ok, not that great. But after few days, when his burning period is completed it is....... Something else of a mind blowing!!! "Yes it is not recommended for bass lovers" but I'm a huge fan of movies, I prefer the best sound quality, and this speaker fullfilled my need. Sound detailing is wonderful. Just as Vineet sir said about the sound, they are true in each and every point. You can adjust the Treble and Bass according to your use. And I even feel it has a very very good bass. No one wants a "ghar hila Dene wala bass". It really gave me goosebumps when there was an explosion and the bass I got was wow!!!!!! The only thing that disappointed me is his treble and bass control at the back. If it was in the front then it would have been a good thing. Because I change the settings each time when I watch movies and while listening to music. If you're a movie lover, then Obage won't disappoint you. If you're a music lover, then also it won't disappoint you. Although it depends on what type of music lover you are. But in my point of view it can adjust itself in all types of music. Don't think much go with the Obage, for atleast 40 to 50hr this speaker will look like a normal. But after this period his real power will start. Thanks Vineet sir for the "True View". I hope you're reading this. I'm also buying a TV and I watch your LG LQ video. And I'm going for that😍

How's it's performance while watching normal news or tv serials ? Does bass annoy at that time ? Can we reduce it enough so that it feels normal for tv serials ?

@@ayushd7916 you can set the bass as per your need. No unnecessary bass while watching movies or news. You'll have to set the bass and treble properly. That's it. The bass is so smooth, and feels natural. Initially you won't feel it, after the burnout period you'll see the real power. I wanted bass to feel natural, and it was up to my expectations. Music listening is crispy, while watching action movie the bass will be perfect. Remember bass and better sound quality will depend on the speaker placement and distance.

F&d t200x move "NAHIN" hota hai zyada bass heavy chalany pr bhi. Isky foots main "LAMINATION" installed hoti hain wo remove karny party hain, phr yeh "Rock-Solid" hojata hai. Baqi 6" subwoofer se iski bass apko zyada mil jayegi. Music acha aur loud play hota hota hai. Qawalli main bhi no issues at all. Only complaint, which is genuine ky iske "Remote Control" main bass aur treble controls nahin hain. Other than that, it's a killer. I love it!

Bohot ache se R&D kiya gaya ha is video me regarding Sound clarity & Sound signature... Kuch Information galat ha like V-Shape & Flat Sound Signatures aren't same. Generally ajke generation V-Shape (Bass & treble Boosted while keeping Mid range same) ki taraf zyada enthousiastic ha rather than Flat (Keeping all the frequency between 20Hz - 20kHz as it is). Main bhi jab chota tha unknowingly V-shape ko pasand karta tha, I used eq all the time but jayse jayse apko music signatures & sound ke bapere me or pata hoga, apko flat (raw music) sunne ka adat banjayega... The major demerit of V-shape is that ap isko for long periods k liye sun nahi sakte, it'll hurt your ears & disturb your brain.
