pacokyle123 🤦🏽♂️ you’re so ignorant I can’t fucking begin to fathom. What is wrong with him saying brotha. We see nothing wrong with pronouncing things like wanna, gonna, imma, because we aren’t misspelling the word we are just pronouncing it different and if you haven’t realized language changes and certain words can be modified, that doesn’t make a person ignorant or whatever you’re trying to imply. Rather it might be coming from their specific background. Standard English is a thing yes but have you thought about how even that is subject to racist biases. Black people are usually seen as less educated in society and as such, a non-standard English word or pronunciations that is mostly used by white folks is more likely to be added to the language, or standardized than a non-standard English word or pronunciation used in the black community.
