I need advice I’ve only been consistent at the gym for about 2 months I’ve tried two plans and I’m working on a 5 day plan which is chest, shoulders, arms, back, and legs to see how it goes since I feel like when I do two body parts in a session I feel like it doesn’t work for me what do you think ?

Obi help me out please, using your app and a little confused on the super sets. Understand where the reps are all the same but where for example it's 8-5-3, is this the same as normal i.e. completing both exercises then resting and doing the next superset after the rest or is it meant to be completed all in one i.e. without any rest? Some mention 90secs rest others have no rest mentioned so it isn't completely clear.
