Honestly Obi, the last 3-4 minutes of the video touched me hard. I am turning 28 and I have the same thoughts all the time. I come from a background of being a semi-professional triathlete to now banging nails and cutting boards. It is hard to see the meaning or purpose of our lives sometimes, but you are right! In those times, it's good to slow down and remember life is too short to get caught up in what could have been and look at what can I do in the future to get where I want to be. Your Living Alone Diaries has helped me start developing myself into the man I want to be. I have found it hard living alone since my last serious relationship. These videos help me to remind myself that it is okay to be alone and for my life to be my main focus. Honestly, I wish I could find a friend like yourself to walk this path with. You and your content touches us way more than you give yourself credit for. Keep doing what you do man and much love and respect to you!

I've always wanted to workout and improve myself and body. I struggle with emotional damage and past trauma internal pain. I'm not how I used to be, but I'm not who I have longed to become. You, your life is like looking at a friendly person from afar, saying, "Wow, I'd like to be a little more like him one day." That's why I am subscribed and watch.

I appreciate your authenticity and willingness to be vulnerable on this platform. I'm not a content creator but I venture to believe that it would be easy to try and sell a larger than life image but to be real and honest and share your failures, doubts and worries is what makes you stand out. So, hopefully you continue to find more of the peace you're searching for. It's a process and it ain't easy but clearly you're willing to do the work.

I'm turning 30 this year and I made a pledge to myself to make the transformations in my life this year to set the tone for the rest of my life. I', 61 days deep into 75 hard, been focusing my vision and working on building my business as well as shooting content and putting my message out there on social media to scale my reach and become better. Maybe it's just the usual creators I watch who happen to be in the US, I genuinely feel that your channel was put on my recommended page at the right time as I started to feel that maybe my story in London might not be as interesting to the wider audience. Thank you for the vlog man, I'm keeping the focus on becoming a better creator!

I'm very calm and peaceful myself and like you said: We should more often just chill and relax and enjoy. Do meditation and soul search and find some deeper answers. I'm lucky i found this almost 20 years ago and it's the best feeling ever. Everyone who works hard, has something great to share. And your inner thoughts are wonderful. Strong man but calm and soft inside is amazing to see. Keep sharing your inner thoughts diaries

I’m in my 40s…I get that feeling at times. I look back at my 20s when I had a major drinking problem. I was so full of anger, anxiety, depression. Then when I got my 30s I found sobriety. Now I’m pretty lean and athletic. I go bouldering, snowboarding, yoga, meditation, see a therapist, and workout regularly. Nowadays I’ve done much more then I ever did in my 20s. I see where I used to be to where I’m at now…man…light and day difference.

As humans, there can be a tendency to compare ourselves to others for sure, which takes away from our own accomplishments. Give yourself permission to say you are good enough. I will say I don't tend to follow anyone on KZbin until, say, last 6 mths. I found 3 people and you are one of them. I think it is weird to follow someone I don't know personally, but your content resonates for many reasons. With close to 1 million followers, that speaks volumes to how your content hits. I say keep up the good work. I bought plants for my condo because of watching you. Your space looks homey and inviting, which made me think let's try that vibe. You never know how you're impacting lives. You may think it's the exercise when it could be simply about the plants😉

This is why you are one of my favourite content creators. there's not many people that I watch on KZbin that I can relate to, make me think or that will share points that are constantly in my head. I just turned 30 in January and had my second daughter 3 days ago and its only now that I'm realising that the overthinking and procrastination is not benefiting me. what people think doesn't really matter its how we as individuals feel about ourselves that matters. WHAT DO I WANT TO DO. everything else is just a bonus. After many years of self-doubt and all the other things that life throws at us that keeps us down as well as working ridiculous long hours. I've realised that I'm not Happy. I'm happiest when I'm working out, I'm happiest when I'm dancing, I'm happiest when I'm spending time with my loved ones. So I decided to start my KZbin channel and I've got myself back in the gym, meditating even reading everyday (my mum couldn't believe it when she saw me reading, used to hate it with a passion) and working less hours to spend more time with my partner and daughters. Honestly, keep going I always look forward to your videos. They have been one of the reasons why I've started to make some changes in my life. Appreciate, you brother. (PS - Hopefully one day we could make a video together)

I also thought a lot about why unfair, if you can call them that, things happen to me. After all, I try so hard in all areas of my life and deserve at least a little encouragement. Apparently, the universe often gives difficult tasks and trials to those people who can cope with them, go through it and become stronger and better. I really want to believe it. I can sympathize with you. I've been working out for about 45 years. 4 years ago, I abruptly became a diabetic. To keep my blood sugars in normal range, I have lost 45 pounds, yet I still feel that I am in good shape. Two and a half hears ago I tore and detached my left shoulder supraspinatus muscle. Two surgeries later and only a few weeks of rehab left, I tore my right supraspinatus and snapped my upper bicep tendon, giving me the 'popeye' look. My surgeon says I'm too old (64) to repair it. I am now two months into resuming full training since December 2020. I have never stopped working out as best I can. My philosophy throughout any setback is as Gladys Night and the Pips say: "...keep on keeping on."

Enjoying the direction you're going in and sharing your "all roundedness" (fitness and real life). Love to hear the wins and the challenges you have/will overcome to continue winning. I can relate to the eye issue. I have keratoconus in on both eyes and in my early thirties the fear of what could go wrong in the op was almost crippling but everything turned out fine. It will for you too. God's got your back.

Thank you for your thoughts and vulnerability Vincent. Youre an incredible, gentle, kind man and what you’re doing here is an amazing work and helping many others. I’ve only been watching your videos recently but you’ve motivated me a ton. I too am going into my early 20s, plan on proposing soon, and am about to finish college, so there’s a lot on my mind. I understand the feeling of getting older and wondering what’s next. What helps me the most is knowing that God is in control, that He watches over all of us, and although I may not get life right all the time, I can still look to Him, seek His help, and He will be there. I’m not sure what you believe or not but I encourage you to do the same, you won’t regret it. Much love bro, again thank you

Another operation 😓 So sorry, man, I really am. But you know something? I lost the love of my life to a car accident a few months ago and one thing I've learnt: when you can't change it, just push through it. No soft talking, no shoulder pat, do not question yourself. Just keep pushing with all you got. Every single day. And if you can't see the light at the end of the tunnel? Just keep going forward. All the best, my friend.
