So happy for our Chinese Christian brothers and sisters and the Chinese people as a whole and they are still growing in their belief in JesusChrist

Great presentation except for the part Palmer said the Church of the East reached Japan. It never did. As far as we know, the only Nestorians that were in Japan may have been a dead Mongol soldier that washed ashore or a Mongol ambassador that was killed in the prelude leading up the failed Mongol invasion of Japan.

This is so interesting. I'd be curious more about how much of it was faith based. What areas they might have been more biblical than that of the west. And what areas not as biblical. I already have a bit of an idea, but this is so fascinating, and I I've only just learned about this aspect.

Basically true -- though this is classical Syriac, which is a bit of a later development form the Aramaic - Syriac that was the language of Palestine in Jesus' time.
