Objective 2 Headphones Amplifier Repair (With Audio Tutorial)

Fault 1
Intermittent loss of sound on the right channel due to a worn RCA socket.
All four rear RCA sockets replaced fixing the issue.
Fault 2
Flexing the circuit board resulted in intermittent loss of Audio on the left channel.
Resoldering the entire two-sided circuit board fixed the issue.
Fault 3
Low Audio on the right channel, when the Gain switch was operated.
Issue traced to U1 JRC2068D Dual Operational Amplifier.
New operational Amplifier fitted fixing the issue.
External Power supply Adaptor 15 V AC replaced as it was electrically unsafe.
Amplifier fully tested working correctly.
