But simultaneously give more weitage to branch choice over college choice..
Give preference to branch over MD or DNB
Avoid diploma but is no option then definitely do secondary DNB..

3. Personality type.... Cool, type A highly competetive, fitness and health condition, mental health issues ..
4. Goal in life.. Eg money or fame or work life balance. Job or self employment or planning to open hospital.. Dream of becoming medical faculty or corporate doctor
5. Market condition of chosen branch... Eg.. Need, demand supply, saturation
6. Availability of quality of further courses in given brancb eg... Good fellow ships, DM MCH, DNB etc...
7. Do you want end branch or have stemina to study further... In true sense only two branches are end branch now... Derma and psychiatry
8. Financial background
9. In which city do you want to get settled..

In tier 2 cities like Bhopal Indoor, Jabalpur top 5 PSYCHİATRİST earns very well,.. Observe any middle city.. They get hospital calls too.. Sometimes they open own hospital. Enquire PSYCHİATRY hospital in maharastra... Apart from cobsultaion they have psychologist with them.. To do various psychological test.. They do EEG and ECT too.. They keep consultaion fee 500 to 1000 Hospital calls 1000 to 1500 They see 30 to 100 pts.. They open up medical store for wife or family member's.. Psychiatry medicines are long-term... So by middle age they earn 5 to 15 lakh per month.. In every branch few professional wont be clicked or liked by public.. In todays world one has to have branding skills too... Will make a video how to establish good practice in ethical way.
