I won't lie; I saw the paperclip in the thumbnail and thought this was going to be about actual paperclips. Now I'm both slightly disappointed and pleasantly surprised.

I always imagine Keith playing the organ with air and steam blowing his hair up straight, with his arms wide reaching the outer keys, standing on an antique wooden stage so we look at him from a low perspective while he is blasting everyone away with his epic classical organ madly. Or is that just me?

Yes, I too would be excited by something as mundane as an old, old wrapper. Even a newspaper as old as 20-30 years can definitely be an interesting read. Not to mention a form-letter from 200+ years ago.

I think my fav bit of this is the lucerne paper. I thought of the logic of Lucerne milk company and how cows are fed alf-alfa a lot. A connection I would have never made without watching some blokes mill about a library looking for attachments.

how is it that people back in the days all used to have such impressive handwriting, whereas these days most people's writing looks like a bird pooped on paper....? i mean even if they try, most people don't have the talent to develop such a script, yet in the old days it seems all were able to...

Please, wear gloves when handling artifacts! Especially because this is about tarnish on metal surface - touching it with your bare hands will cause a different/additional tarnish in just a couple of hours.
